At RCA Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, sealed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records and media are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 7 to 10 business days.
